In the event that you are dissatisfied with any item in your order, you have the option to return the product either by mailing it back or by visiting our physical store.
Returning items that are deemed faulty: You are entitled to a full refund. This policy is in alignment with consumer rights, which mandate that products must meet certain quality standards. A faulty item is typically defined as one that has defects in materials or workmanship that affect its usability.
Returning an item(s) that are not faulty: Store credit will be given.
Exchanges: Can be made by filling out the form provided in your order. Please note that the cost of postage for returning items for an exchange is the responsibility of the purchaser.
All items remain your responsibility until they are received by TWA. This means that if a returned item is lost or damaged during transit, the customer bears the risk. It is advisable for customers to use a reliable shipping method and to retain proof of postage when returning items.
All items must be in new condition, with garment tags attached to qualify for a return or exchange. Will will not return or exchange any items that do not meet this standard.
All returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days.
